These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fiscaldailystack ecosystem, including our CBT simulators, AI language engines, and academic calculators. By accessing our infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these enterprise standards.

1. Account & Security
To access our advanced simulators and AI tools, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
- Credential Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your password. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in automated suspension.
- Accuracy of Information: When utilizing tools like the Admission Predictor, you agree to provide accurate academic data for precise statistical modeling.
2. AI Engine & Fair Usage
Fiscaldailystack utilizes enterprise-grade AI models (including Llama-3) for our IELTS/TOEFL Essay Graders and Speaking Simulators. To ensure platform stability, strict fair-use limits apply.
Prohibited Algorithmic Actions
You agree not to misuse our computational endpoints. The following actions will trigger an immediate, permanent IP ban:
- Automated scraping, botting, or reverse-engineering of our CBT databases.
- Submitting malicious prompts or attempting prompt-injection attacks on our AI engines.
- Bypassing API rate limits or concurrently simulating multiple test instances to overwhelm servers.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Property: The visual interfaces, proprietary algorithms, CBT question architectures, and platform codebase are the exclusive property of Fiscaldailystack. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our infrastructure.
Your Property: You retain full ownership of the user-generated content you input (e.g., your career data, academic history, and uploaded essays).
4. Disclaimers & Liability
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the outcome of your usage.
Academic Outcomes
Achieving high scores on our CBT simulators or using our Predictor does not guarantee admission to universities or high scores on official standardized tests.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Fiscaldailystack be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including lost academic opportunities.
